Order £10 worth of goods from Very for FREE!

I got a phonecall this morning which I missed from them, checked my account and the £10 voucher and free delivery has been 'rejected' - they best not have charged me the full cost!

It said that theyve acceted the codes then when I went to VISA verification it came up as £12 - hope there going to honour as £2!

on phone to them nowm she gave me some rubbish about my card being declined, asked her to replace the order, she said she will, she has now gone to check if the code is ok

I just placed order to my account for adidas trainers and hopefully will get them for £9 for my son

Im doing some orders for some childrens clothes to send to my sisters kids and just really worried in case I get charged full price for everything, will be ok if the money is refunded back, anybody able to confirm that the money is deffinatly refunded back and its just a process very take?

had a call from very this morning asked where the code came from she says that codes that have not came directly to me cannot be used and will result it my account being closed and possibly fraud investigations i placed an order yesterday for 30 quid with 10 off.

I think it states this under the terms and conditions of the Shop Direct Group (Littlewoods, Very, Marshall Ward, Woolworths etc..) that if you use a code that isn't issued to you personally then this could happen - this has been widely publicised on MSE since I've been a member and on one occasion Martin Lewis got involved and managed to get MSE'rs money back for them but has stated he won't do this again and think there is still a warning on the discount code board?

I've recieved the £10 off £30 code from Littlewoods but I'm not using it - too many bad experiences with this company and it's affliates.

Using their codes is a gamble at the best of times but many still do so but it is a risk in my opinion

I am an old user and it works for me. And so far, no-one has stated it doesnt work so i think its for everyone!

I am pretty sure that just because the code physically works for everyone it doesn't mean that it is ok for everyone to use it if it hasn't been issued to them

I hope nobody who's placed orders using this code ends up getting burnt or investigated by their fraud team as have no idea how this effects things
