I ordered one of these this morning too, I looked to see if it was on MSE already - couldn't find it, but decided not to post it as the trolls/forum police are rampant and I didn't want to ruin my weekend. My aged mum apparently had a bit of a battle with the form because it insisted on her telephone number, although it didn't when I filled it in. Thanks OP.
  • Just so that you know in advance..

It is a condition of completing the questionnaire you agree that your details may be used by Npower Limited and its associated companies to provide you with information about their products and services and those of carefully selected third parties. Such marketing may be by mail, email or telephone. Please uncheck this box if you would prefer not to receive this information.

I decided to go for it, and hope they don't bombard me too much with stuff.. we'll see !

    Thanks for the post

That's what foxed me, are they saying if you uncheck the box they won't send it, if so, why give you the option of unchecking it ?

Have unchecked the box so we'll see if it arrives.

    Cheers op.

How easy/difficult are these to install? It says "please ensure you have safe access to your meter and wires so that you are able to fit the device or arrange for someone else to fit it"
