What's that saying... you can choose your friends, but you can't choose your family :wall: Hopefully whatever it is can be resolved. Have you told them about the scan?? Fingers crossed the results come back ok.

Love that you're looking for (& finding) the positives in your life :j

H pink poppy thanks :) family know about the scan, feeling a bit happier today. Ds2 wanted to go to the cinema as he finished college early so I thought why not! "The infiltrator" not bad at all 7.5/10 :D £5.95 for ds2 as its not meerkat day but well worth it as it cheered me up. So glad I've found some thing at least one of my kids wants to do with me :rotfl:

Also spent some money on top up shop and bought ds2 a pair of jeans £10 not that sensible when trying to stretch the budget but they never have his size- tall and skinny :)

    Cash left £ 56.07 + £30.22= £86.29 left

£30.22 refund due from 02 changing to a sim only contact  that will boost the stretch a budget challenge a bit (especially when I seem to be spending it on jeans and cinema tickets instead of food!)

:j the breadmaker is alive :D It's almost finished a big fluffy white packet mix loaf, no idea why but I am very happy and it smells lovely.

Also made a leftover gammon casserole for the sc tomorrow a roast for tonight for dh and the kids and a few portions of spag Bol sauce. I ran out of energy for my dinner and had a cheese sarnie and a bag of choc orange segments dh bought  not low fat like I am trying to stick to but very nice.

Hi daisy, yes I've seen it and did like it - it seemed in the same vein as some of the early episodes when I love, what did you think?

Just rang the doctors and he scan results came back normal :T receptionist said the doctor may want to see me still to follow up but still it's good.

Off to see Bridget Jones now , I've got 4 adult tickets to treat mum and friends for less than £11 :D
