I have found a lovely looking triumph stag for sale, probably under priced, and will rise in value over the next two years, surely it's a form of "investment" if I sell it when it goes up :money: :rotfl::rotfl:
Shopping for bbq done yesterday, huge amount spent but I am asking the Inlaws too, bought dad some car care bits to make a hamper for Father's Day for him to clean his new classic with. The kids have bought dh some headphones with no reminding from me - love it when they make an effortdh is in charge of getting his dad some thing as he is awkward present wise, probably some thing for the garden.
Suppose I should get up really, still plenty of washing to do,I'm struggling with no washing line and now the heated airer has died, just the old fashioned wooden racks now, and it's taking much longer with the vast amounts we create.
Account to be checked and updated later.MFW 67 - Finally mortgage free! 💙😁0 -
Step away from the car newgirly! Just think of what options you will have in 2 years when you are mortgage free.

Do NOT buy the car NG. The biggest gift you can give your hubby is financial security
.
A positive attitude may not solve all your problems, but it will annoy enough people to make it worth the effortMortgage Balance = £0

I know, dont worry I won't
I didn't even mention it to dh as he would have said lets go and look at it.
I have taken it off of my flea bay watch list and am about to go on the mortgage op spreadsheet, that should help curb the urge to spend for a bitMFW 67 - Finally mortgage free! 💙😁0 -
I was woken up by strange noises at 6am , turns out it 20 odd hot air balloons drifting over our roof tops, amazing! I hung out of the penthouse Windows for ages, Woke two of the kids up (one at a sleep over) dd took photos and watched, ds1 didn't take it quite so well being woken up for "no reason at all" :rotfl: I really do have a Kevin the teenager in the house, it's so much fun to tease him
Dh off to the boot sale to buy his dodgy meat with a now grumpy ds1 , I am staying home to clean up and get food ready for the bbq. Garden is looking good, we have the gazebo up and fairy lights, I will put some bunting up later, then we have both sets of parents over.
House still needs some cleaning upstairs and still washing to be done, I've felt ill on and off all week so am a bit behind.MFW 67 - Finally mortgage free! 💙😁0 -

Glad you are out the other end money for dreamsI think I still have a way to go with my ds1 - he is 15!
Bbq went really well, lots of prosecco and champagne drunk (not bought be me I may add!) mainly by me and my mumall cleared up and sobered up now
stacks of food left, except for one sausage which the dog decided to bury in the tiny channel of gravel around the edge of the new paving, hilarious as it took her ages :rotfl:
Feeling like a bit of a fat failure diet whose at the moment though, not having a holiday /cruise booked has taken away a bit of motivation to be honest. Still it's a a marathon not a sprint, so back on it tomorrow, hope everyone had a good Father's DayMFW 67 - Finally mortgage free! 💙😁0 -

It's Groundhog Day again, Monday morning "start the diet " day. This time it's nothing cut out and trying to eat clean and more of it- I read through the hungry happy healthy blog guide to getting started again. It did work initially at the start of the year as that's when I lost the first stone, also going to do sit ups and a few other stomach excercises every day. I blame the twins, I put on much less weight having them than dd- they still weighed a ton 6.13 lb and 7.8lb - elephants, it's their fault I don't have a six packMFW 67 - Finally mortgage free! 💙😁0
