Picked up the car, it's lovely but is making the same clicking noise the old Zafira did before we got it fixed  it's from a local dealer and he has already booked it in to be fixed with Mercedes on Monday, so hopefully it will all be fine.

Early dinner tonight, very lazy but low cal and lovely-

Yellow pepper microwaved and then seared in pan
Tesco microwave wild rice and veg frozen sachet
Bed of spinach, pepper, rice, grate a small bit of mature cheddar
Micro wave 30secs, very tasty :D

Awake since 5.30 due to dh leaving his work alarm in again  he has decided to go in though anyway.

No weight loss lately, due to me going back to old bad habits :o so new target is set 21 lb by 16th April (cruise on the 17th !) that puts me at 10lb above my total weight loss target. The reason I picked that figure is its 55 days from now, and it took me exactly 55 days to lose 21 lb a few years ago when I lost weight, I did keep it off for a few years and it gradually kept back on! so I know it is possible - but hard!

This morning I will set a meal plan and maybe make a couple of dishes for the week - more proper meals less snacking :)

Lunch round the Inlaws today, which is always an aubergine stuffed with rice and cheese for me - or rather 2x Huge halves stuffed! I already only eat half usually, but it will be quite offensive to not even eat that much! I shall avoid the dessert, the problem is the wine, I have to have wine when we visit the Inlaws :rotfl: very light breakfast and no dinner tonight!

They must think I am an alcoholic :rotfl:

Poor ds2, after a great 5-1 win at Blackburn, the coach back to London broke down and then the replacement coach broke down  going to be late waiting up, although obviously it's dh driving to get him from the drop off point as I have been boozing round the Inlaws :o

Food calories today great, wine cals not great :D
