Gulp, overspending looked at
am over by £46 and still need to get through until the 9th July, which is two days before DDs 18th. I'm drawing out £60 in cash and leaving the cards at home, I don't want to spend any more than that.
So twelve days at £60 a day = £1 a day each  I have petrol , but we have an 18th party next Saturday with a pay bar ,so I may have to see of dh can pay from his spending money.
Our mortgage payments will be £1838 pm from July _pale_ its almost sink or swim time I guess as the term is reducing quickly and we have slacked off a lot by having the loft converted and have had to pay that back too.now we need to regain some of the headway we lost and try and catch up.
Plans for today:
Rest
Do washing and ironingMFW 67 - Finally mortgage free! 💙😁0 -
Well I've had an unexpectedly good day
I've swerved the ironing and dh took me and two of the kids to see jurrasic world :j I LOVE the original and was worried the new one would be terrible , but I really enjoyed it especially as dh paid
You can tell the summer is here, driving through town on the way back tonight there were lots of perfectly coiffed orange people in skinny white jeans drinking outside the bars and that's just then men, you can tell we live in the middle of towie country :rotfl:
Shopping in sainsburys after £11 and something pence , that's today's and tomorrows budget spent and £1of Mondays.
Tomorrow we are visiting a boot sale sale where dhs friend is selling a load of stuff including a load I've dug out including our old dining room chairs.he didn't want any money ,but I suggested 50\50 , think its fair as I'm not keen on walking a boot sales
The uncles 80th later in the day , lots of sarnies and hopefully a NSDMFW 67 - Finally mortgage free! 💙😁0 -
Is your high mortgage payment to keep you on track with original goal? I know soooany people who have been to see the new Jurassic movie and only heard good things about it.
Have a good day today, at least you won't need your budget. You are doing really well keeping focused.June 2025 - part 1 - £19,145 part 2 - £21,973 Total - £41,118 29 months to go!0 -
Morning cath, we are IO (unable to switch to repayment!) Term was shortened from 33 to 12 years when I started this diary in 2010 ,but the correct ops were not made while we paid the loft loan back quicker (we borrowed about 32k) so we have not made as much of a dent as we should have! 6 yes 11months left now I think and no chance of extending the term as we don't pass affordability :eek:MFW 67 - Finally mortgage free! 💙😁0

Haha I love TOWIE. Think of all the cash that gets spent on maintaining that look.0

I know al, we have a lot of hairdressers and beauty parlours nearby
Great boot sale news, friend made £102 selling our stuff so we get £51 :j I may put this in the food purse with the £60 I have for food. I also bought a new sideboard, well it was new in the 1970's! £18 for a retro teak style , very happy as this is a lot cheaper than they go for on flebay :T its coming from the make over the whole house for £950 pot.
Party went well yesterday, but I had too much wine and cake , back on the wagon on today, and cooking a brown rice salad for lunch and dinner at the moment.MFW 67 - Finally mortgage free! 💙😁0
