eBay - how to report non-business seller?

Hello Can someone point me in the right direction? I want to report a non-business seller who is selling as a business (on eBay) but can't figure out where to do it. If i pick one of their listings and click 'report item' I get tons of options to report them for but nothing to do with 'report private seller selling as…

I'm not bickering with the poster. My last response was to a snidy little comment from someone else about my ebay status. Can one only have an opinion if it agrees with the cosy club knitting at the guillotine?
