eBay - how to report non-business seller?

Hello
Can someone point me in the right direction? I want to report a non-business seller who is selling as a business (on eBay) but can't figure out where to do it.
If i pick one of their listings and click 'report item' I get tons of options to report them for but nothing to do with 'report private seller selling as business seller' or similar.
Thanks

Im not sure, but I think you can try doing it under fee evasion.0

Thanks kprigg. Thought of trying that but wandered if there is a more specific way to do it.
Would still appreciate any more ideas or answers if anyone knows.0 -
Possibly business seller fails to display contact details.
But I have trouble getting them to listen to anything lol. This is my opinion. There are many others like it but this is mine:kisses2: Fiancee of the "lovely" DaveAshton :kisses2:I am a professional ebay seller. I work hard at my job, I love my job, if you think it's silly that's your problem not mine.0 -
Have you had a problem with them? If so, you can report the whole thing via a dispute.0

May not be relevant, but there is a problem with Ebay currently where it is not always showing Business Sellers status on the listings pages
I have 5000+ feedback, and am registered as a business seller, but at the moment, my Business Seller status is missing on my listingsYou're only young once, but you can be immature forever0 -
How is selling as a non-business seller Fee Avoidance?, Ebayers who are registered as B/S pay less fees than those who aren't.
Over the next few weeks I intend to pay-off a few debts by selling my CD & DVD collection, this totals some 250 items. Does this make me a business ?.Never Knowingly Understood.

And no, selling your old stuff doesn't make you a buiness, but it's usually easy to tell who is and who isn't.This is my opinion. A lot of people have suddenly found that ebay consider them a business. When the rules changed about listing they also added a caveat that high volume sellers will be reviewed and asked to upgrade. You're telling me...! I'm now a fully-fledged Business Seller on ebay. Although I'm not a business - but ebay say I am, so I either take it or leave it. I don't even have any active listings at the moment.
I'm still not sure what difference in fees I should expect though. As far as I can see, fees for business sellers are the same, apart from having no free listings. I think closing fees are slightly lower too.
Is there something else I'm missing - like a monthly fee? :eek:0 -
There is no monthly fees involved, the real difference is that you MUST follow ebay requirements re business sellers. Ie you must have your geographic address on your auction page now and must offer returns.I’m a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on the eBay, Auctions, Car Boot & Jumble Sales, Boost Your Income, Praise, Vents & Warnings, Overseas Holidays & Travel Planning , UK Holidays, Days Out & Entertainments boards.
