Just in case, managed to shift the kids Adance SP on Ebay, jumped in with 200 to go for the nintendo offer.
I'll plump probably for the PSP for daughter0 -
I have had a ds for a while and it is a great machine - this isn't a bad deal. Mario mini games are the best. It does look naff though!:j :j0

I don't have any inside knowledge on this, but I would be amazed if Nintendo will be selling anything other than the genuine UK machine rather than an Aisian version to UK customers! I can't see them selling a machine without a warrenty!
I know the UK version is not released until March but I'm sure Nintendo should be able to get hold of some early !!! ;-)0 -

Just thought I would add that I have got my order in for the DS, and it should be a great console. Also for thouse who are going on about importing, I think the UK ones have the updated firmware with them alowing the sleep function. Which will inform you when another DS is in the area looking to play with you ;-)
And why is it not a good deal? you will get it over a month before eveyone else and have the extra demo and T-shirt.
The onlything that I hope is that the rumors about the online things come true and it is rolled out soon.0 -
This is a good deal, infact a real bargain.
If you wait until march until the shops or anywhere else gets them in you'll get the console for £99.99 with NO Game, apart from a demo of metroid.
You would then need to buy a Game to go with your new console which would set you back about £30, therefore you've paid £129.99. So your not saving ANY money by hesitating.
The difference with the Nintendo offer is your getting it in January, 2 months before anyone else and your getting a free T-Shirt and because its a limited edition pack it will probably be more valuable in the future, and its a proper UK console so where as if you imported one now it would be asian/japanese/american.
Unfortunately for those that hesitated all 3,000 have now been sold.0 -

Plus don't forget you get the other demo or Wario Ware: Touched! and with relitivly so few of these bundles available they could become a collectors items in the future. (mental not to save box)
I just hope they have enough people in at Nintendo tomo to deal with all the people phoning to pay for them.0 -
The Super Mario 64 DS game, it says pre-release. Is it the FULL completed retail game? Its a confusing choice of words as some may take that to mean its slightly different to the one you'll be buying in the shops in a month or 2.
I presume what it actually means is just that your getting the full game before its actual release, or at least I hope so. I've ordered 1 of these paks any way, only wanted the PSP but this offer is too damn good to miss.0 -

I think you've made the right choice to be honest. I think the DS will be to Game Boy like the PlayStation 2 was to Playstation and therefore more popular than PSP. After all DS plays the old games. The PSP is a new console without any backward compatibility. Not only that but theres a flaw in the PSP where one of the buttons isn't as responsive as it should be, yet Sony are saying its meant to be that way
The PSP does have better graphics and looks nicer on the eyes but If History's anything to go by this does not make the PSP a better machine to go for.0
