I may have had my money refunded, but only because I can check my credit card statements online. My paper bill is not due until well after the 30 August deadline they agreed on paper to send my bedding by.
If it doesn't appear by then I will be writing a letter by recorded delivery asking them to supply my goods ASAP or else.You don't get medals for sitting in the trenches.0 -
Exactly the same for me!! Debited then credited.
Won't use Debenhams online again, due to the lack of communication and awful customer service.
Maybe they make interest on the payments taken (they must know when they are out of stock?).0 -

According to the wife I've had the same 2 letters again today. One says order before Aug 30th , the other says cancelled , no longer available .
They really are a crap company who haven't a clue !!0 -
Ive also received more confirmation letters today, so i now have 4 in total, money has been credited back to my account but still the letters keep coming. Would love any advice on content of letter i will be writing to Debenhams to sek compensation/sue etc0

I got the confirmation e-mail, letter last week stating it would come direct from suppliers and now, after reading about all the refunds and checking my account, I have received a refund too!0
