    I ordered a duvet, set of 4 pillows and the #9 set.

    Duvet and pillows received on Tuesday. On wednesday received a letter to say pillows will be sent direct from manufacturer!

    No letter or e-mail yet about the #9 set.

    Called to check on my order and was told it will be refunded as the supplier cannot fulfil the order. No letter or email sent so far, but the cash is back in my card.

    Recieved a letter in the post yesterday saying i should expect to recieve my parcel by 30th August.....then suprise suprise checked my bank today and have recieved a refund..........gutted :confused:

    Does make me wonder tho....how much interest Debenhams make by holding on to peeps money for so long

    Same here - letter said goods have been specially ordered from supplier and can expect delivery 30th August. Letter dated 9th August. Just checked my credit cad and I have been refunded the £12.50!

    Had mine yesterday, the matress protector is awful, it's really noisy! I emailed to ask if they had one made of the same material as the pillow protector, which was made of the material I was expecting, I have had no reply!

    Noticed a refund from Debenhams today and i just rang them and they informed me that they had to cancel the order due to stock issues.

    I am not very happy considering i got an email and a letter to say i would get the item by 30th August , plus there are some delays on other items i had ordered from them :mad:
