I am aware of my motives and believe me, working 10 hours over the 16 hour limit per week under JSA guidelines is hardly a scam worth while to intentionally make money.
You are very cynical and presumptuous, maybe because you have a sad and lonely existence. Factually speaking, you don’t know me at all and quite clearly are unable to parse a sentence together to gather meaning from it and offer useful advice-which is what I asked for honest ADVICE, all you can do is try and epically FAIL
Your opinionated thoughts are not wanted on my topic, goodbye
It is still a scam and still fraud and still dishonest however you paint it.
I am not being cynical or presumptuous but just telling you how it is. There is no need to insult me because you do not like the truth. I fully understand all that has been said and fully understand your intentions to be dishonest and continue to be dishonest. What I have said is useful if you want to be honest but you clearly do not want to hear the best course of action, more fool you for that. It is laughable that you use there term "honest advice"!
I am just telling the truth and what will happen but if you do not like the truth you are welcome to continue in your dreamworld.
I will always point out fraud as do many others on here and to be honest your topic is not welcome as you are looking to avoid being caught for fraud.0 -

Exactly my point, I was already aware that it is fraud and didnt start the post asking for verification of that fact but still you feel the need to constantly tell me. It was predictable I would get a crank like you venting off on my post.0 -

I thought you had said goodbye to me and more insults - very nice, dont worry I will not report you.
I keep telling you because you NEED to be honest now but you do not want to be honest which is the WRONG thing to do but as I said you will get caught anyway. I am not venting but trying to help, I am not the only one to say you should be honest. Keep digging.0 -
You should not judge me because you do not have the entire picture, you are purely working from presumption and your cynical views on people and life.
I really dont care what you think of me therefore I can only think of one other useful purpose for a shovel-and its not digging
Go ahead report me. 0 -
The end!!!!0

I think I can judge you as you have admitted fraud and are hoping to carry on and get away with this fraud - we all know that is not the correct thing to do.
I am responding to what you have said and you do not like the truth, nothing presumptive or cynical.
Threats of violence now, you are a charmer! As I said I am not going to report you but others may.0 -
HAHA gotcha!! There you go again presuming I was being violent....my point exactly.
AGAIN

Hello,
I have to agree with healy here as far as being honest is concerned.
Like you my brother's friend worked a few days last year and didn't sign off. In January he was "invited" to come in for an interview by a compliance officer, he was obviously worried about the short time he'd worked and rang up to see if they would tell him anything over the phone. The only thing they would say was it's to do with his claim and whether he was still entitled to JSA.
Anyway thinking he'd got away with it he went along and was asked questions about his finances etc, was he looking for work, had he worked even voluntarily etc.
They ended the interview and by this stage he was sure he'd gotten away with it until a week later when he was invited in again but this time it was an (IUC) interview under caution they laid out all the evidence i.e. tax records, and that's when he decided to come clean. The officer said the sanctions may well have been less if he had come clean during the first interview as they gave him ample opportunity to do so. because it went on to a full investigation the situation has still not been resolved and he's still getting sanctioned on his JSA.
Moral of story is it's usually best to just be honest.
Hope this helps,

Not that I agree that is what healy was talking.0 -
Thanks Tehya that is very helpful, I agree honesty is the best way forward so if they ask which im positive they will I will come clean and admit my fault, I always had that intention.
I just dislike the attitude of certain people on here trying to tell me of my motives and imply that I am a serial defrauder
Thanks again0
