I dont think they will tell me they know, I think they will first ask and see if I lie
Then the truth is best, if they mention work then you tell them, its four days work not 4 weeks so be truthful

Would someone get sanctioned for failing to attend these interviews??

Curious of the meaning of sanction??
Sanction means to take away which they can and will do if you fail to attend interviews or tell them about changes that can affect your claim

Bammmmmm - I think deep down you think they know - don't make it worse by not attending, or worse, going in and lying. Let them know you have made an error, and take the consequences which will likely be reimbursement of the four days jobseekers. Always better to come clean yourself than get 'caught'.

My claim had gone from contribution based to something else so I had an interview with a personal advisor for that, I asked if there was anything else I need to do to keep them happy to which he replied nope that will be everything....I explained this to DWP and they said they are not connected therefore I should of still gone.

When I first recieved the letter to attend an interview with the Comp officer, I phoned and asked why I had this interview - they replied its routine when your claim turns from contribution based....I just heard alarm bells and thought of the 4 days I worked and got paranoid!!

Bamm - you would rather face consequences of being caught cheating the system than coming clean? You have already evaded two interviews, been sanctioned for it - but you still don't plan on coming clean? It's FOUR days work - not like you've done it for years. Nobody on here is going to advise you on how to get through an interview and come out of it knowing full well that you are committing fraud.

I was answering the above question, I am not considering evading the interview or deny any alegations IF I am asked....nor am I asking for advice how to cheat my way through the interview.....I just wanted some light shed on what I am attending tomorrow.

It is not a question of IF you are asked, you should be honest (as you should have been long before now) and tell them about the work you have done.

If you are saying you were claiming and working it IS FRAUD even if it was for only 4 days so you need to be honest now.
