If you only worked 4 days and didnt notify them of this i wouldnt worry about it. As said you will probly just get a warning and be made to repay any extra benefit received.
I wouldnt make a habit of missing interviews or working on the side. It could go on your file and they may become more suspicious of why you are doing that . Best route would be to sign off.0 -

I do not think you should advise someone to forget about fraud even if it is only 4 days.0 -
I think Healy is just wound up tight and using the forum to let some steam off.0

No I am not wound up tight and letting off steam I am just saying you should be honest as this forum is not about helping people to be dishonest.
In any case even if they have not caught up with you now they are likely to sooner or later.0 -
I think you should read the comments posted on this topic over again as you are clearly miss-led!! For one I have not asked for advice on how to commit fraud or how get away with doing so, nor did anyone tell me to forget about fraud. I will be honest at the interview when answering questions but I will not drop myself in it for the sake of 4 days work amounting to 26 hours, hardly crime of the century...besides it wasnt to scam money it was purely down to evading all the aggro of filling out forms over and over again.
I do realise it was naughty and I am aware before you try to tell me it still is fraud thank you

I know what I have read thank you. It is quite clear that you are looking for a way to avoid the fraud that has already happened and the way I read the other comment was that it was best to not say anything, this is the same as forgetting about the fraud. You say you do not want to "drop yourself in it", this means you are not going to admit the fraud. If you claim benefits part of the deal is to fill in forms so you should accept that. It was to scam money because you have been dishonest.
As I say even if the compliance interview is not about the fraud you will be caught sooner or later as HMRC share information with the DWP.
Where is Vader when you need him?!0 -
The systems the government use will pick up if something gets NIC's paid by the benefit systems and an employer at the same time.0

I am aware of my motives and believe me, working 10 hours over the 16 hour limit per week under JSA guidelines is hardly a scam worth while to intentionally make money.
You are very cynical and presumptuous, maybe because you have a sad and lonely existence. Factually speaking, you don’t know me at all and quite clearly are unable to parse a sentence together and offer useful advice-which is what I asked for honest ADVICE, all you can do is try and epically FAIL
Your opinionated thoughts are not wanted on my topic, goodbye
