:rotfl: OH wouldn't come anywhere near me with a razor for fear of cutting me. He's already scared when he watches me shave my legs as I do them so quickly. He says if he did that to his face he'd have no face left :rotfl:

Ah well, the midwives will just have to brave the jungle. Hell, it's not nice down there at the moment anyway :rotfl: but i guess they've seen it all before.

Edit: christ yeah, I have a hairy belly too! It's so weird isn't it. Just glad i'm blonde, and that it hasn't grown above my lip ;)

  • Just read back through what feels like 20 pages, my my you ladies ( and gentlemen) have been busy

can't remember who said what but here goes anyway

The liver function thing - I had that last week the doctor scared the crap out of me telling me one of my readings was high and it may indicate gallstones, he called the hospital and called me back saying don't worry it's normal for that particular reading to be high in pregnancy, went to see consultant that pm and he was not in the least bit worried

for those in NI I'm going to Antrim, had my last one there and it seemed ok

pigpen any signs of labour yet ? Hope all is ok with you, no lecture here as I know you won't listen - I'll race you to see who can pop first !!

I'm hoping I'll go sometime this week, I'm 37 weeks today and my last was almost 2 weeks early, I've had a show, lots of back pain and every evening I get what seems like the start of contractions then the just die off but now I'm starting to get them throughout the day also my constipation has miraclously been cured
but I'm holding out for the special poo !!!!
Busy mum of 3, so if my posts don't make sense or ask a silly question be patient:rotfl:

Thanks to those who helped yesterday.

Lucy had to pee and confirmed she's expecting. Expectant date 31st March 2011. Midwife at 8-9 weeks, so only 3 or 4 weeks away.

Nice GP actually. Being female may have been useful. Lucy certainly found it helpful.

oh smartie, I've put on around 1 stone 7 lbs, although when I asked round, it can vary ALOT, one girl I know who's like a size 10, put on 6 stone with each of her pregnancies, I can't imagine it. A couple of girls barely put anything on.

sorry still trying to catch up, so there may be more randomness

DH is doing my head in shouting at the PS3...why play if it's so bad?!

Ended up boiling after dinner so had a cool bath, but managed to pull tummy muscle drying myself...ouch, very sore now!

MLSL - sounds promising, hope it all happens soon!
