Am I the only one Not getting braxton hicks?

Well I am assuming I am not getting them. My bump does go rock solid occassionally, but when it does it stays like that for ages (at least 30 mins or so) and I feel like I am going to explode. But I never get any back ache or pain with it!

I'm due end of Sep and I haven't had any yet (well now I am tempting fate).

My mum's bump used to go rock hard too, but she thought it was weather related as I was born in Jan.

    I haven't had any BHs at 30+4!

And now I also want a donut, or actually a danish. But I don't think the Spar sell them!

moneysaver i have to get OH to out my shoes on and everything now its terrbible i just cant move properly anymore!

also a bit gutted i went on my friends Wii fit board last night to weigh myself. it said in the 73 days i hadnt been on it id put on 1 stone 2 lbs. and there was me convincing myself id only put on half a stone at most :rotfl: im actually quiet excited about giving birth and getting back into shape ( although i was never really in shape before) it will give me soemthing to do! is it terrible that im afraid of being broed whilst off on maternity? i obviously know babies are hard work, but once they are fed, burped changed etc what else will i do all day? especially if im still living at home!! i think thats mainly why i want to move out - so i have my own little house to look after aswell. i also imagne it will be quite lonely throughout the day not having other adults to talk to! :(

Hi all, I was wondering if I could join. i'm 30+1 with a due date of 5 Oct. I have been lurking for about a year and have had a lot of help from you all, even if you didn't know it, when i went through an MMC in November. i have no idea how to update the list or anything and don;t want to mess it up. we are team yellow although my husband has a feeling its a girl!

Got up the nerve to post when I saw dreambirdie's post about the parentcraft classes. i'm in NI too and will be at the class in the Royal tonight as well!

I'm almost 36 weeks and I've not had any braxton hicks, if I walk around quite a bit, I get a stitch usually on the left hand side, but that goes when I rest.
Had midwife appointment, Blood Pressure 80/40, hmm slightly low, but that'll soon go up, I have to sort my car tax out later.
also Congratulations to any new arrivals
    Welcome to any newcomers.
    Hope everyone is doing ok!

Dream I wouldnt worry to much there will be plenty to do and you will need to catch up on your sleep during the day as well. You will get to a point where you will wonder how on earth you managed to work full time :-)

I get BH quite alot now previous pregnancies they have been painless just uncomfortable as my tummy goes rock hard making it hard to move but this time they are quite painfull as well but as ive said previously ive put that down to my tummy muscles not having had much time to recover from having bubs :-)
