When the time comes i will probably put it a carrier oil and rub it into my bump directly, im not a big one for baths but if i do have one i will pop it in there too. I have read somewhere about rubbing into a certain part of your foot but i cant rememeber where off the top of my head will have a look later and also popping a few drops on a hanky and placing it under your pillow as apparently it aids sleep as well in the latter weeks :-)

I'm watching it on living +1 she didn't seem in much pain at all, and didn't even smudge her make up!

I watched a programme called Babes in the Wood recently and I was totally amazed at one woman who went through the whole labour with no pain relief whatsoever, no gas & air or anything... she seemed to just deal with it and she didn't even make one teeny little whimper of pain even when pushing! I thought she was amazing. She just kept moving about and used the birthing pool a little but in the end she got out to give birth. She honestly did not even break a sweat.

I so wished that was me lol!

cheers for the advice on the feeding system ladies. i was just worried about buying it and it turning out to be one of those useless gadgets.

rach that bag of clothes was a brilliant find! ive got enough tops and 3 pairs of mat trousers so i have told myself that is enough to do me the next 10 weeks i just cant justify spending money on clothes that'll never be worn again! and i swear the mat trousers are soooo comfy il be wearing them even after bubs is born!

MV my nipples are the exact same, i cant remember who but someone on here told me to use an exfoliating glove and quickly rub it down over your nipple, it gets it off quickly but OMG it hurts  but much better than trying to pick it out

my auntie just brought me her moses basket stand and it fits perfect :j very happy about that. she also said that instead of using special moses matress sheets she just bought loads of pillow cases to put over the moses mattress. so i think il just do that aswell much more MSE lol
