Confuzzled - could also be sciatica.
Try getting on all fours on the floor, stretching one leg out behind you with the ball of your foot on the floor, and rolling on the ball of your foot so your hip/pelvis opens up. Then do the other one. Hope that makes sense, if it doesn't I'll try to explain better.
If that helps it's probably the baby just pushing on the sciatic nerve, I have had this throughout and it happens when you sit/lie down. I find the exercises really help though

Bums. I was hoping you said "nope, never!!" :rotfl::rotfl:
It was my 12 week ones they lost. Didn't have 16 weeks ones. Am now 23 weeks, so could have 12 weeks done again today, the 28 weeks later on.....:(0 -
Good Morning
Cheer up Pig Pen, You've a lot on your plate, Don't be so harsh, that's what you'd tell us
Sammy have you tried giving your little girl some directions?
Congrats to Sonee, Sorry it wasn't great at first, but you have lots of time now to make lots of special memories
Am I odd actually liking the Raspberry leaf tea, I'm actually looking forward to having more than one a day
I want to not only bend, but to be able to put my underwear and socks on without making strange noises.
I'm also really tired again, I had so much energy a couple of weeks ago.
Hope everyones ok despite the aches and pains.0 -

Do you feel ok and is there any reason you should be worried about your blood results if not then i would just wait for your 28wk ones but thats just me.
I'm feeling rather good today woke up with only some very slight aches (i normally wake up felling like the tinman after a rain storm) after a solid nights sleep, i actually have some energy today and bubs seems to be alot happier so hopefully the worst of his teething is over :-):jFriends are like fabric you can never have enough:j0 -

LOL.. I don't mind the bloods.. they don't have to touch me.. it is the mauling I hate.
I'd leave i until 28 weeks if I were you... or refuse them all like I did with the others. I have antibodies which could attack the baby's blood and kill it this time or I would have had none done.LB moment 10/06 Debt Free date 6/6/14Hope to be debt free until the day I dieMortgage-free Wannabee (05/08/30)6/6/14 £72,454.65 (5.65% int.)08/12/2023 £33602.00 (4.81% int.)0
