Maternity dungerees?? They still do them:eek:
I thought it was law when I pg with DS to wear them:o:o:rotfl:I was 17 ok and had no advice (internet wasn't around in those days!):p THE most awful item of clothing EVER! I'm sure I probably wet myself in the process of getting them off to go for a wee!!!:rotfl:And having to get them off in a small toliet cubicle whilst out and about.... *shudders*Fuzz I agree!
I really need some shorts, it's been so hot here, but I just don't have the legs for them:(
Or you could just say, screw the world and stick some on anyway:) so long as they're not dungaree shorts:eek::p:rotfl:moneysaver12 wrote: »Fuzz was you trying to put your cat in your sling to test it out lol.
I am starting driving lessons in just less than two weeks, spent ten months four years ago learning in a manual with bsm and got to the point where i felt they were just taking my money. Was suppose to go for my test twice but they said i wasn't ready each time. This time im going to have a go in a automatic. Really want to be able to drive, fed up of buses. Does it get a problem driving nearer the end of pregnancey.
Took me ages(*cough*8yrs on & off *cough*:o) to pass in a manual too(mainly due to confidence in changing gears:o) and my 1st car is an automatic....LOVE IT, so easy to drive but I don't think it's as economical as a manual coz you're not in control iyswim...I'm currently driving my brothers car(mines up for MOT) and its a manual, was a bit rusty as 1st but I'm glad I persevered with passing in a manual..so many more options for me, plus manual cars tend to be cheaper than automatics;):)1.11.09 - debt = £45k:eek:

Fuzz, with you on the dungarees, though that said, I was sporting a rather fetching pair of fat mans pj bottoms yesterday (in the house though)
LL, it's not silly to worry, MWs always say to get in touch if you don't feel right.
Tinkwings, glad everything was ok with you. Your MW mustn't have a sense of humour cos I thought it was funny about your OH getting his vet gear out.
Had MW this morning, got quite a low platelet count, which I hope isn't going to interfere with my plans for going to the MW led unit. She agreed that bubs seems quite long given its position, but I'm not measuring big or anything like that. She sounded slightly shocked when she felt its feet - now I'm thinking it mght have flippers!

Fuzz.. oh I really wish you would have got a pic of your cat in a sling, sounds hilarious!! I collected my moses basket from my parents last night and my little jack russel kept trying to jump in! I bet he will try to get in the pram too when the baby is here!
My car seat has arrived! Thanks Smartie for the code
The guy I work with keeps moaning at what I wear everyday, last week he told me pregnant women are not allowed to wear jeans  cheeky so and so! He said we should wear dungerees all the time! But I just couldnt be bothered with undoing them, I have to admit I am leaving the top button undone on my shorts as I cant be bothered to keep undoing it to go to loo all the time!!!
I'm hot and bothered and wearing shorts and DO NOT CARE!! I did get some strange looks wearing them earlier when it was pouring here!0 -
Tinkwings you are skinnier than me! I went in there, and decided that if I could not get into a size 18 I was going to leave the shop empty handed!
I've got mat clothes in a 16 that are fine, I'm not buying anything in a 20, no siree.Mum of several with a twisted sense of humour and a laundry obsession:o
