Shandy has been my drink of choice this summer there is quite frankly nothing better than a lager shandy on a hot day, though it's more of a lemonade with a splash of lager!

My friend had the most awful expereince the other day she has a lo with cerebal palsy and very bad epilepsy so therefore has a blue badge.
She parked at tesco in the last disabled space and a man jumped out of his car and began screaming at her (in front of lo) that she had no right to park there and that even if her DD is disabled she is still in a pushchair so therefore she should not be parked there! He was so threatening and he terrified the lo so much she had a massive seizure and ended up in hospital for two days!!!!!!!!
I don't get nearly enough credit for not being a violent psychopath.

Hello all :) Hope we aren't all suffering as much as I seem to be in this hot weather.
Just got back from scan and all is well, placenta is well out of the way but I never expected anything different lol. Got a really good look at bubs though which was great and I did find out a weight.....5 pound 8! We got a good face shot and she is either incredibly ugly or just a grump.....already taking after her mother! hehe

    Hello :hello:

I went out today looking for maternity clothes, could I find any... NO! New look at the big shopping centre is closed for refit, and the closest asda that does maternity is poole (mission!) so I ended up with 2 more t shirts from peacocks, and hopefully these ones won't shrink short.

Ex's mum picking the kids up today so I'm freeeee :j

I came into work wearing jeans today and I could do them up and they were even loose on me, when I left the MW I had to undo the top button, and now I have had to undo the zip and hold them together with an elastic band.. this baby is growing before my eyes!!!

got my glass of diet coke with ice by my side. last time it was Mr T's lemonade but they changed their recipe 'new and improved' and i just didnt like it. I am also liking the smell of those citronel candles - the ones for outside.

went to car boot this morning and picked up a pair of denim dungerees for baby for 25p - bargin. plus they would suit both girl or boy.

since mw appointment baby has been kicking almost non stop! It is so hot i want to stip off to underwear but as its still light and we could get visitors i better not.

Hi everyone, that is awful pukkamum, i don't know how people can behave in that way especially in front of a child.

Dh is watching the football. Im going to go and take our dog for a walk. Baby is kicking harder now, i can feel him when i put my hand on my tummy, its nice.

Does anyone know where you can buy pictures for children from, i want to buy a picture for the nursery that is nice and colourful.

Friends can be a pain, just had one that i go to university with posting on facebook that they haven't been invited to celebrate the passing of our exams and that there invite must have been losted in the post again. Two of the people i go to uni with have arranged to meet this week to celebrate passing our exams and they have not invited two people from our group of 6 people. The two people found out about it as one person has posted about it on their facebook. I don't understand how they can say they haven't been invited again, when a few weeks ago i tried to arrange something and it took me texting one of the two people twice over two days and asking for them to let me know if they were coming of not before they replied. Then i just got a text asking what time and what day as that person started work at six in the evening, we were meeting at eleven in the morning and then to be ignored, posted about it to the person on facebook to be ignored, so was never let know one way or the other. The other person didn't reply to my texts so thought maybe they don't have any credit, so posted on their wall to let them know time and date, they said they would let me know as they had their child at home that week, they never did let me know. After this been the second time off trying to meet and been messed around i said i wasn't going to do it again. This time the meet hasn't been arranged by me so didn't think it was up to me to invite them. I think that they haven't been invited as people are fed of the way they are been.

It seems that its ok for these two people to go out on a night out a couple of months ago and not invite anyone else and then post about it on facebook. Also for them to arrange with each other to early for the first day of the exams and not ask anyone else, also same with picking up assignment results and then when it came to collecting exam results one of these people was suppose to be coming that day but we never heard from them or saw them and i had to go the time i went as i had a hospital appointmen that afternoon. Also its ok for them to revise together after saying that we would all revise together and then they revise on their own, not asking anyone else.

I have posted about these friends on mse before and people suggested that maybe they just like spending time together and that they had grown apart from me and other friends as people do. So i thought maybe thats why they have been like they are. But then i see this post on facebook about not been invited. I don't want to get involved in the squabbles about it, i let it get to me last time and it upset me, but then i have realised its not worth it and i have other friends. I did send a private message to the person who posted about not been invited to say that i had invited them last time so didn't understand about again and that i didn't arrange it this time. Apart from that im keeping out of it. The person who posted about the meet wanted to try and get me involved in it but i won't get involved. I had enough with all the problems with my mum.
