Me too, weirdly though my work policy only says I ahve to tell them in writing 28 days before I intend to start mat leave! I've double checked it with HR and the date the internet gave me apparently has no relevance it's just the qualifying week! Morning ladies..
Glad there are a few other first timers who are worried/nervous about thje "6 hours and out" thing...Im terrified...absolutely terrified.
Im acutally considering going to the birthing centre at Canterbury (40 mins away), you can stay as long as you want there...but worried that we wouldnt make it in time!
I wanted to ask some of you experienced ladies, I keep getting pains in my pelvic area (if standing/sitting too long, walking too far or going up stairs) feels like my legs are on elastic...has anyone had this? is it worth telling mw?0 -

I'm going to apply for surestart grant. I assumed I wont be entitled as we're both working but having had a good old google I think there's a possiblity I might get it!?! I'm probably wrong and the computer says No but no harm in trying!
