    Hope Pigpen is OK...

Seem to remember someone talking about tankinis etc a few pages back - I've just been to mothercare and bought one for £7, reduced from £24. Thought it was worth it at that price, now I just have to convince them to let me have a water birth...

If anyone's bought baby bits from Asda - they have recalled some of their baby sleepsuits and body suits - there was a list in the paper today of which ones were recalled.

would it be incredibly wrong of me to use the school clothing payment to buy the remaining baby bits and use the maternity payments for the uniforms closer to September?

This months child benefit is going on DD1's prom dress and a huuuuuuuuuuuuuge food shop...

Moses basket stands.. does anyone have one which hold a basket 34in/85cm long? If so what make etc??

Hiya ladies, hope everyone is well on this sunny evening!

I'm just on packing my baby bag to go into hospital with (I know, I know I'm only 28 weeks but I like to be prepared!) and I'm not sure whether to put bottles in or not. My sister said they had bottles at the hospital but I'm not sure whether to stick a couple in or not. Anyone know?

Glad Rach and Courgette had a good return to work and have an early night.

    Hope things go well PigPen.

    Good luck Saz.

Slightly mad with South West trains as I made a complaint re their lack of provision for preggers ladies, they basically said tough we do have some priority seats (I couldn't see them as was so busy), people should have given you a seat but isn't our fault that they don't and if a train is busy then don't get on and wait for the next one. I do agree with their last advice re wait for a quieter train and that it was I tend to do but the trains into London in a morning there are no quieter trains and they are always packed. I'm just so glad I usually get a train that is going out of London rather than into as I guess there is no sympthaty from them and wouldn't be getting into work until 11!!

I too got a tankini from mothecare that was reduced is huge though suppose will keep me going till the end and maybe for the birthing pool!

I am thinking about getting this fabric to make curtains with. I know its not very baby-ish but I like the bright colours etc and quite fancy making my own...then I could buy extra fabric and do cushion covers for the sofa and even some canvases too.

What do you think? I also like their Roar and Alphabet ranges...

That's the fabric I want! I think it looks perfect for a girl or a boy.
