DS3 has aspergers.. but would possibly have had that anyway.

DS2 has learning difficulties, social development delay and a few other bits and pieces.. but nothing which means he cannot live a perfectly normal life with a bit of support.

They are 14 and 11 now.

    How did your girly do?

    :)

She is good, she was born with gastroschisis - all fixed and now no different to what she would have been anyway.

Are DS2 learning difficulties directly related to his early birth?

    Glad she is doing well.

My sister had exomphalos which is a very similar condition. She died aged 30 days.

His problems are due to O2 starvation when he had the cardiac arrests.. 1 as he was delivered and he didn't breathe for 25 minutes and one a bit later which took 15-20 minutes to get him restarted.

He is here though and it could have been so much worse.. we were very very lucky!!

    Ahhhhh I'm in bold! Nooooooo!

I get a sweep tomorrow from the midwife so I'm hoping that will get things moving although I doubt it unless she uses a yard brush!

Anyone heard any news from Michelle? Hopefully she'll of had hubs by now.
I think I'll comfort myself with a nice wispa bar.Mmmmm chocky!
