    Hi Ladies,

I have had a difficult couple of days, with bleeding waking me up in the middle of the night on Tuesday, so i took the day off and the MW was lovely and saw me at lunch time, heard the heart beat and a little kick, which was reassuring, although this morning i woke up ( the bleeding stopped around midday yesterday) and found that i had a huge amount of brown gunk and some mild aching in my lower bump area.

So i decided to come to work but spoke to the MW who called the EPU and they said all was sounding very good and as if whatever caused the bleed was now healing!

Anyway, i am 15wks 4days today, so trying to be positive, and on a silly note i am sure i have read somewhere about heartbeats and the difference between boys and girls? The MW Is sure it is a boy, as girls would not cause so much stress for mummy? haha :)

    Lots of positive vibes:)

I too have a very naughty baby that has caused nothing but stress for mummy. I thought typical boy but now thinking little madam!! Or as Fuzz said "Drama Queen"... which could be either;):D

leopard lady sorry to hear about the bleeding but glad the midwifes think its healing and nothing to worry about x

I read that if the heartbeat is slower than 140bpm its a boy and if its faster its a girl. At my scan yesterday it was 169bpm which means girl hmmm I really don't know this time I knew and was right with both my others but this time I haven't a clue, some days I think girl others boy.

Please tell me off, I'm a terrible shopping fiend :rotfl:

Am now looking at a sheepskin buggy liner for when the little monster who hasn't even been born yet outgrows her carrycot.

Oh well. If I keep on shopping eventually they will cut the internet off when there is no money left:o:o :rotfl:

Think I am going to take the monsters to the park in a minute. There's one round the corner which is quiet usually and has a seat so I can veg out with my book. At least I can't shop there :p

Can anyone recommend anywhere I could buy hats/ scratch mitts/ booties with preferably free delivery? Sorry my local town only has Peacocks that sells baby stuff, and its only about 2 diff packs of baby grows. I just want to get my hospital bag sorted soon, as my MW is apparently checking my bag when she comes to visit my house the end of the month... i better get ready for some serious cleaning!!!
