lol guess his breathing changes as he falls into a deeper sleep! I am worried me and Dh will never share a bed again at this rate.

My bubs is also moving a lot tonight and I'm hoping has not flipped around as MW said he was head down before. which reminds me sir m did your scan show if bubs was breech or not as i think you had thought he was?

Oooh, look at the time, I really should go to bed. Sleepy now! Meeting my dad at 11 to see them onto the train, DH said he'll come too which will be nice.

Well I am up and awake and have been for an hour. Had really bad pain in my right side low down and couldn't sleep. So got up and took some paracetemol and its taken the edge off but am still getting twinges.

Doesn't help of course that the bean is now awake and taking great pleasure in pushing downwards into my pelvis and it hurts! I hope it is not like this for the next six weeks :( and she has set the BH contractions off again!

I need an eviction/queue jumping plan please! :p

morning DON I can't sleep either. Got a rotten cold of DD. I've heard her coughing so she might be up soon too.

Rach that is fantastic news that your dad can help you out with your deposit. We are gonna start saving as soon as all the credit cards are paid off, which would have been sooner if we had not moved to a bigger house but we need the space now and it'll happen eventually. OH is keen on buying the house we are in and the landlord has said he is keen to sell in 6-10 years which gives us time to save but I think we might move closer to the secondary schools by then.

Our 12 week scan was a good 45 mins and the 23 week one we went in at just after 6pm and it was nearly 7:45pm when we came out so he was really thorough. He said they don't need to see me again and I said unless I need a growth scan later on and they said I shouldn't do then looked at my history and decided to book me one for 28 weeks, they said I could cancel if I don't need it. With lucy and shaun the growth scan was later than that, I don't think I'll need one then but the docs want to check the size when they are planning when to evict. Also if my GTT is negative this time I shouldn't need one.

Dream it was a normal NHS scan machine, I think the guy just got lucky and took the picture because it was an obvious one. He pointed at it and just nodded to me and I nodded back and OH said whats that lol He also mistook the hand for a foot at one stage, I think he was a bit tired and isn't so experienced at looking at scan either bless him.

Sir monster I hope the results are not high today and the hospital don't need to keep you in again, relax (easier said than done), do not stress the housework, it isn't going anywhere and can be done later or by someone else.

I so pleased its a boy, I'd have been happy either way but they are so much more cuddley and I get to go baby clothes shopping. I have 5 black sacks of girls clothes to get rid of now and 2 black sacks of boys to sort through and most the boys is newborn shorts, short dungarees and t-shirts. It's still cheaper if we have to get a few bits of clothes because we won't need to get DD a new bed.

Kids are up and DD is a bit upset its a boy bless her, she wanted a little girl, DS is really pleased though.

  • Well last night for about 5 hours I was getting pains, coming quite regular, very low down and had to breath through them. Then they stopped !!! I could cry but I know it wouldn't do any good. I'm getting really fed up with all these false starts.

Last time cos my waters broke first it was obvious it was the real thing whereas this time i've been getting on/off pains for 2 weeks now.

Tonight we are going to try and coax bubs out with cadburys buttons - what do you think of that for an eviction plan ??

Well I was up with the lark as well as OH has gone in to do some more overtime ("it's all for the baby" - I know, but I MISS YOU!). So I've got a hopeful wash on, hopeful in that it's p**sing down with rain at the moment...

First pregnancy yoga class tomorrow then I'm going to the Mums2B club at my local cafe for the first time, although I'm a bit nervous so might just sit on the sidelines and see what kind of people have turned up before I make myself known!

Tummy is feeling hard today for the first time, usually I can suck what bump I have back in which made me think it was wind but today I seem less able to - although that might be due to the curry I had last night!

    morning all

I had a bit of a lie in for a change, been dozing on and off for a while I think. Plan for today is to relax as much as possible after yesterday! Need to leave in about an hour to meet my dad and we'll have a coffee before seeing him off. honestly, his train from Kings cross is at 2.30 and he wanted to leave here at 11.30!!! Sir M will know how ridiculous that is, even allowing for delays!! Think I have persuaded him to wait til 12 but that was the best I could do!

Think I am going to do some baby washing then, was going to wait but I want to get my bag done. Also going to wonderweb up some super comfy trousers which I think may come into their own once I'm on leave and if I ended up in hosp.

I am also wondering about getting a car seat (infant carrier), we had decided to just borrow the work one, but wondering if easier to just get one of our own. Talking to SiL yesterday they are going to start TTC soon so we could lend it to them too. My dad apparently bought my sisters, though I've not asked him and of course won't, esp now!!! But DH's parents have also offered, I'd said wait til the next stage up one but now I don't know!
