Lifechanging: Well done on all your hard work so far, I've been reading your thread for a while and it's amazing! Keep it up and you'll own a whole house very soon! (Not that I'm jealous or anything!)Comping, freebieing and trying to pay the mortgage off early!0

Well my sister wants me to complete at the end of next week so I have just a week or so to raise now a rather ridiculous sum of capital. I have been following up leads left, right and centre today so I think I'll be able to get a fair bit more moolah in!
I also need to arrange a survey on the house as this is something that would've been taken care of by the mortgage company, but no mortgage now, so it's down to me! Wanted to do it today but the need to seek out cash meant it was either / or.
Am going to see how my cashflow account looks mid-week and might have a few thousand more quid to transfer across. Fingers crossed.
Thanks again for all the support xOVERDRAFT TODAY:£36,100

Hi Leni
Sorry, that made me laugh. You're very direct and I like it!
She and her hubby are trying to build up a new business whereas I have an old established one, so they're focussing all their energies there.
Yes, it's not ideal but you can't choose your family and even if she ain't bending over backwards for me, I'll do so for her.
Karma baby! Good things will happen for me I'm sure
Well, I'm a bit stressed today as lots of customers want things but they all want em in a couple of weeks which is no good for the capital side of things. Just phoned the bank to see if they'd give me a bigger overdraft and they said not to worry and just to sell and then we'll review in a few days. I think that's a subtle way of saying yeah they'll help me out. Hope so anyway.
Haven't sorted a survey yet but joy of joy, as I type this, the estate agent has phoned and they've offered to get me details of a local surveyor who can do me a Housebuyers Survey pronto. Lovely. One less thing to think about.
So I need some positive vibes now people - need my phone to ring off the hook with new deals and biggies at that!
Completion date now set at 15th!OVERDRAFT TODAY:£36,100

I have arranged a survey for tomorrow and am going to see this house I'm buying for the first time on Friday and an hour later I'm exchanging contracts at the solicitors. Eeek!
I'm also seeing my business solicitor tomorrow as I have to sign a guarantee for my big fat overdraft. It's going to be a heavy couple of days.
I had a night of lying awake panicking last night in case anything goes wrong with the bank's money. The start of September has been dead at work so I've not made any more in-roads into upping the capital saved. I need A LOT more positive vibes from you all please, if I may be so cheeky.
Right, need to go back to trying to rake it in!OVERDRAFT TODAY:£36,100
