  • She'll be paying rent. The idea is that in a couple of years when she's in a position to, she can buy the house off me.

Chased the solicitor this morning - still waiting to exchange contracts - there's a hold up further down the chain. Staying positive and just getting on with work in the meantime.

  • lifechanging ur floating in ur own zone,. what a great thing too do,. nice too know that it all went thru,.. :T
  • OK, more of a financial update.

Bank have suggested I don't take my ISA cash and put it against the house as I'll have their overdraft paid off soon enough anyway so in total I'm using £95,000 out of the £100,000 interest free overdraft given. Eeek.

£65,000 going out of my account cash. Plus will pay my stamp duty out of my current account but solicitor says to pay him in a couple of weeks for that! Dunno why, but he doesn't seem to want to take my money, lol - been offering it for weeks!

So, out of the £95,000 overdraft, here's my plan moving forward:

    1) £8500 due in this week, will pay £7000 off overdraft leaving £88,000
    2) W/C 18th September, £16000 due in - will pay all off leaving £72,000
    3) W/C 25th September, £18000 due in - will pay all off leaving £54,000

So that's where I'll be in the next 3 weeks without any more new business. I'd like to sell £54,000 in new business over the next 3 weeks as my new goal rather than use payments from clients I already have as I'm already focussed on more financial goals.

    a) hefty business tax bill due 31st December 2006
    b) want to pay off my own very large mortgage or as much as I can thereof by June 2007 when my tie in ends.

So that's me. I'd appreciate it (greedy, I know) if you'd all keep passing on your good vibes to me so I can keep selling and succeeding so I don't end up poor myself after all this!

Best wishes to all of you with similar mighty goals - may you all achieve your dreams.

A positive attitude may not solve all your problems, but it will annoy enough people to make it worth the effort
