Hello all
Do you every have one of those days that completely challenges you in every way? Today was that day. I've been shouted at, criticised, no one has kept to their commitments to pay me and I've generally felt like bawling my eyes out. But typing it now, I feel better. It is done. Past. Gone.
In theory, I should be receiving between £8,000-10,000 tomorrow which will make my pie chart a little more attractive and hopefully after an early night I won't feel quite so cack.
The last couple of days this challenge has felt like it's killing me, but then I'm the sort of person that sadistically enjoys that from time to time.
Anyway, thanks all for the continued messages of support. Its nice things like that that keep me focussed during the tough days like today.OVERDRAFT TODAY:£36,100

Finally, some progress. A good morning so far taking me to 31% of the house in cash. Should be 33% by tomorrow.
I'm relieved things are moving again but it's still way too slow. I have a meeting shortly but then I'm going to juggle my workload to see if some of my larger cash cows can be brought forward.OVERDRAFT TODAY:£36,100

And here I am in work on a Saturday - I'm working all through the Bank Holiday. But it's already proving fruitful. I now have 35% of the house paid for. Feels great to have over a third of it sorted.
I'm going to catch up on paperwork and paying any bills today so there are no distractions next week from selling.
I also have some proposals to write up and then I'm going to tidy my desk which is as cluttered as my mind right now!
Then next week, I will be free to sell, sell, sell which is now going to be the top route to clearing big chunks off the house.
My sister wants to move ideally on 15th September so time is now of the essence. Still, I love a challenge.OVERDRAFT TODAY:£36,100

The universe has dealt me a nice hand today. My mom has had an operation today and I've been worried about her so the universe has taken care of me. A meeting I was dreading went very well. A bad debtor has finally paid up and has made a massive difference to the house fund - we're now 44% of the way there!
Also, another client has confirmed a deal so I should get over £2000 from them later this week. Not a bad day at all.
Most of the workload has eased now so my colleagues are now starting to ask for more work! So I can sell, sell, sell without stressing anyone out!
Best of all, I spoke to the bank today and whatever I haven't raised a few days before completion, they'll give me as a free overdraft for 4-6 weeks. They have said they can do this unofficially for me for up to £60,000 which is great but of course, I'd ideally like to take nothing at all from them. This simply provides me with a safety net so I can sell with a big fat smile on my face with my stress-free existence!
Someone give me a big round of applause!OVERDRAFT TODAY:£36,100
