    Jermima: The glitch finished yesterday at around 1.30pm at the absolute latest. You won't get the points or free delivery now.

    Did a touch typing course whilst doing my A'Levels....very handy skill that I've used ever since.

    on my orders i've got an order i had delivered in february still showing as being processed. i wouldn't worry about it, go off the emails.

    cotton buds: being processed - payment not yet taken
    wipes - despatched - payment taken yesterday
    swim nappies - despatchd - payment taken yesterday
    baby bath - on hold - payment taken yesterday.

    incidently, it does say that payment will not be taken from your card until order is despatched, but mine all cleared through my account yesterday!
