You have to go to the advantage card machine and insert your card for the points to be automatically put on your card. They don't get put on automatically by the Sales dept.

Just received two orders today of said cotton buds, going to be cleaning my ears with this lot for a very long time!!

my orders are still showing as being on hold - no e-mail from them to explain why but I am too chicken to phone and ask why.

I think it can take a few days for the points to go through all the various systems and get to the advantage card machines.

I THINK it takes up to 5 days to show AFTER you have received the order but I'm not sure

You can check your advantage card balance on the website it will show 'points pending' in your account.

I didn't buy anything like cotton wool buds or anything, I ordered a baby monitor for 370, which had 700 points on it. And I spent a bit more to spend over £75 so I could use my 1500 points voucher... and then the bonus 500 points and double points so I ended up getting about £36 worth of points and went through quidco! very happy!

I ordered 3 thing seperately so was expexting an extra 1500 points but just checked online and have no points pending! Anyone else got this?

I've rang them about my on hold order. It has been cancelled as they had a fault and their system was giving out to many advantage card points.:rolleyes: :rolleyes: :mad: :mad: :mad:
