Nothing to do with money but what's the deal with iggle piggle

I also find the opening scene of ITNG quite sad but worse of all is Dumbo when his mum gets taken away and put in the trailor. Dumbo then goes to see her and she cuddles him with her trunk and sings a lullaby. I used to cry at this when I was a kid watching the film - years and years later my son now has a Disney story book and he wanted the Dumbo story - I could hardly read it for being choked up - tears were streaming down my face and I only just avoided sobbing. Now when he asks for the story I say 'what about this other book':D0

I had to leave the room this morning as there had been 2 episodes on and I could feel my self losing it as he had just floated off at the end of one episode then he was floating off again at the start of the next one. I'm guessing this just my affliction or I could just be going bonkers.
Nope me too, its the sadness that he's on his own floating in the sea and the music, it gets me every time I have to turn over or distract myself. I thought I was the only one0 -

Are you me? :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:
I think it's the music and watching him float away on his little boat on a BIG ocean. And the fact that he's clearly left the Night Garden.
And I don't even have the excuse of pregnancy hormones given that my youngest is nearly twoI have a gift for enraging people, but if I ever bore you it'll be with a knifeLouise Brooks

i've not really thought about it. My son (2) loves his hand being gently touched in circler motions helps him to calm down , not sure if it because it from the prog which he loves or just because it is relaxing. He loves watching ITNG, but upsy daisy is his fav character and he shouts Days Days when she comes on,lol.0
