I need to pop to Mr T's today as we're running low on food - the only downside to doing meal planning and only buying what you need, is that we don't have a lot of food in the house so need to go shopping most weekends. I might try and buy a few extras this weekend that could possibly go in the freezer.
So, my to do list for today is:
- go to Mr T's
- tidy the living room
- clean the bathroom
- put some more washing onBe who you are and say what you feel because those who mind don't matter and those who matter don't mind.

So, I've been to do the food shop - spent £29.30 so that's good
We're averaging about £30 a week on food, which I know could be better, but I'm happy with that for now.
Our meals for the week are:
Sunday - mince, onions, carrots and peas with gravy and yorkshire pud
Monday - Fajitas
Tuesday - out
Wednesday - Filled pasta with sauce
Thursday - pizza (OH), soup (me)
Friday - chilli
Nom nom nom
I need to be more productive today...Be who you are and say what you feel because those who mind don't matter and those who matter don't mind.

Happy New Yeat SF!!
Sorry I'm a bit late, not been near the computer very often this past week. Also been ferrying my boys about, while DH was in the US.
Hope you are feeling better soon...can you talk to someone about the stress you are feeling over work? Talking about things can make them more manageable.
It is hard when your sleep pattern goes to pot as everything else can get much harder to cope with. I have had sleeping problems for the last few months...still not "back to normal" (whatever that is!), but sleep about 6 hours a night now...much better than the 3 or 4 I was getting.
I find going out and having some fresh air helps a bit, doing physical exercise helps...as well as some hot chocolate near bed time. I also find it is a good idea to get to bed before midnight...last week I listened to the cricket, which started at 11pm. I would often fall asleep and wake up a few hours later. You could have some music to listen to....it's just something to take your thoughts away from whats troubling you...my brain goes into overtime when I get into bed! I normally use headphones, but with DH away last week, I was able to just have the radio on (lowish so the boys weren't kept awake).
Hope you can get more sleep over this weekend.
Right, off to get my meal planning sorted.
Have a good week. (((((Hugs))))) x

Well, done everything on my to do list today, so that's always good
Also, something very much to look forward to - me and OH have booked in to Centre Parc$ for half term - mon to fri - in Cumbria so that'll be niceWe had looked at going to London but it was proving far too expensive. This is costing us £329 which is a lot, but we're going to take food with us and then we can just enjoy relaxing and we'll go for some walks in the lakes too. I'm really looking forward to it
