Aims for December:
- Lose 5lbs
- Get through Christmas Carol Concert!
- Put another £300 into wedding savings
So, these were my aims for December. I haven't lost any weight; in fact I've lost and gained the same 4lbs this month twice, so I know I can do it. Obviously, I have eaten too much over Christmas!
The Christmas Carol Concert went well; better than I thought it might actually! It took a lot of hard work, but it definitely paid off.
We've only put £210 into the wedding savings this month
it's up to £700 now, but it's going so slow!
Aims for January:
- Lose 5lbs
- Eat more healthy, both at home and at school
- Sort out school work before HoD leaves for mat leave
- Put £300 into the wedding savings
I need to start losing weight big time, and now I have my Wii Fit, I'm hoping it will start to go down. Eating more healthily both in school and out of school will also help this. I need to sort out what's going on at school before my HoD leaves for maternity leave at the end of January. And, last but not least, the wedding savings are explanatory!

It's 2011

Haha I'm looking forward to what this year will bring; I'll complete my NQT year, plan my wedding, go on holiday, and hopefully much more! :j
1st Jan - relaxing watching the Bee Movie, looking at budgets, and having people over this evening. Couldn't be better

Happy New year SF:D
Glad you are feeling better. Good luck with your Jan goals :j- you may have missed your Dec goals, but I bet if you hadn't set any you wouldn't have done so well.
I'm determined this year to make a home for everything or it gets decluttered out of the house.
I've been putting up shelves this week all over the house and using up scraps of wood I seem to collect. But needed to buy a few longer pieces of wood to day to make the most use of an alcove space.

Sounds like a good plan!I'm determined this year to make a home for everything or it gets decluttered out of the house.

We had some people over last night so didn't end up going to bed til 2am!
which means I only got up half an hour ago
so I don't think today will include a lot. We're off back to our house after being away for a week so we'll need to sort out where all the xmas pressies are going to live and then just have a quiet, relaxing evening. It'll be nice, in a way, to get back into the everyday routine. Can't believe I'm back at work on Tuesday though!

So, I need to do a list I think! These are things I need to do in January:
- finalise guest list for wedding
- send out 'save the date' cards
- start researching bands for evening do
- start researching wedding car to get to venue
- try on some dresses!
- start collecting materials to make invitations
- finalise the wedding breakfast menu
- Arrange a meeting with the MoH so I can ask her!
- sort out car insurance
- look at car tax
- sort out OH's car insurance
I'm sure there are more things to do, so I'll add them when I think of them!Be who you are and say what you feel because those who mind don't matter and those who matter don't mind.
