It's an official snow day today, so am currently on the sofa in my pjs with a cuppa

Don't know whether to venture outside today - it briefly snowed a minute ago, but it's stopping for the moment. I don't desperately need anything, so we'll see. I'm going to wrap some christmas pressies today - I started that yesterday and I love it! Got most of them sorted now, think there's another 5 I need to get to post, and that's it! I've tried to be organised, and it seems to have worked so far.

I was meant to be observed in school today, so I don't know what's happening about that. I can't believe there's 2 and a half weeks left of term, yay! I am enjoying it, but I'm also looking forward to a longer break. Christmas Concert next week to get through first though...

I've put another £20 into savings today, so ticking along there. I should really get an update on them really, but the bank where they are going is doesn't have online banking and we don't have one in town, so I have to travel somewhere else to get my book updated. I will soon though, I hope!

Didn't even realise it was only two and half weeks to go till the hols, it seems to have snuck up on me this half term again!

Hope you are feeling much better now SF, are the new ingalers working? I got a new stronger (5 times!!) mone last week and it seems to be doing the trick!!

We have hardly any snow...only an inch or so...but it is sooo cold! Still -2...wonder if we will surface above zero today?

Right, off to finish the new curtain for the kitchen back door...it should stop a few draughts and keep us cosier !

Not a snow day - a 15 minute journey to school took me an hour and a half this morning, and then they shut at lunchtime and told us all to go home! Not worth the effort really... I'm getting really fed up of the snow now. It's snowing again at the moment - I just want it to go away!

keiss - they were working, but I've got another cold so feeling pretty rubbish to be fair. I just think I'm worn out and need a break - 12 school days and counting!

So, these were my aims for November. I'm ashamed to say that I haven't lost any weight hmm. I've got the majority of presents sorted and wrapped, so we're pretty much ready for Christmas! Just a few more bits and bobs. Although, we haven't bought any Christmas decs yet - we don't have any either! So that's the plan for the weekend As for savings, we've put more than £200 into wedding savings, so that's good.

Aims for December:
- Lose 5lbs
- Get through Christmas Carol Concert!
- Put another £300 into wedding savings

I need to lose something weight-wise, so, even factoring christmas dinner in, I need to focus and get a move on with this. Christmas Carol concert is December 9th, but it's a big deal on the school calender, I just want it to be over! And the savings are self explanatory

Gosh, I'm so grumpy lately!

It is still snowing - and has been for for the last 2 hours. School is officially closed tomorrow, which I am very much relieved about, but I just want the weather to go back to normal!

Or, I should just hibernate until spring...

at least come 21st Dec the days will start getting longer again
