Another day done It's been a nice day today - it was sports day at school so spent the whole afternoon cheering different pupils on!

13th NSD of the month too; I didn't need to spend on anything at work and I don't need anything. I also came home to a HM ready meal - h2b made it earlier for his lunch as he's on a late shift so I just popped mine in the microwave, so even better!

I have had today:
b - HM banana and strawberry smoothie, 2 slices of granary toast
l - ham salad
s - alpen bar
d - chicken casserole, 2 slices of bread, rocky bar.

Had 4 slices of bread today.

Must. Do. Better.


And guess who has an interview on Monday......?

Thanks everyone it doesn't help that my mum told me last night I might as well not go on Monday as I don't have much chance of getting the job... thanks mum.
