Why are most of the photos so dark?No reliance should be placed on the above! Absolutely none, do you hear?0

thanks so much everyone for all your advice.
I've emailed the EA to ask for the dimensions to be put on, I too thought it a bit strange that she hadn't put them on.
Im also going to get her to remove the photos of the nursery for now. If we're still in this position without any offers/buyers etc in a few months then I'll retake the photos in the kitchen and nursery and frontage.0 -
:rotfl: do people really not buy houses because there is a car in the photograph? When I buy next year I am going to specifically look at houses with car pictures in the brochure as I'll get a good price due to lack of other interest:)
I really wanted to know if the EA was so "stupid" as to park and take a photograph of their own car..............0 -
appalling photos - it is clearly a very sunny day yet many of them are too dark to bother looking at... get them all re-done... why DO EAs think rubbish amateur photos are acceptable... you pay them enough....0

I agree, move the car ( it makes you think there will be problem parking by your house.
Pictures are dark, which is a shame as it is a nice house. Do take the carpet bits away from the bathroom, please. Yeah baby gates must go and the window need attending.
Could you put the cort yard pic. in I would want to see that if buying a property.
Good luck!0 -
Looks really nice. If someone is in the market for that type of property and it is within there budget they are not going to worry about a blue car, in fact it says you can park right outside- bonus. good luck with the sale ! I wish it were Brighton and the same price !0

Very poor on EA's own website.........how much are they charging you?

Photos are too amateur. The exposure is wrong - they could probably have put this right in any editor.
Personally, I would have rid of street view. The few I have seen lately seem to be in the wrong place to start off with. Gaaahhh! I would rather find it myself.Hi, we’ve had to remove your signature. The inside looks OK to me, but the outside has no kerb appeal at all.
I would get rid of the car and open the front curtains even if it is just for the photos. It looks like you've tacked an old sack up at the window. Do you have a sill inside that you could stand a plant on or something? How about a hanging basket or window box?
The inside is nice though."If you think it's expensive to hire a professional to do the job, wait until you hire an amateur." -- Red Adair0 -
