    Which company are you intending to go with for your line rental? O2 do not currently offer any line rental (though it is fairly imminent).

    I've gone with the Post Office Homephone (BT service) and O2 have recognised my line and estimate 7mb speed.

    Whenever O2 homephone comes I'll consider switching if the reviews are favourable (no 12month tie in with the Post Office).
    Tough times never last longer than tough people.

    I'd just like to add that i have O2 LLU discounted £7 pm with mobile and it works well and customer service is good. No mindless droids in Bhopal reading from scripts here.
    Feudal Britain needs land reform. 70% of the land is "owned" by 1 % of the population and at least 50% is unregistered (inherited by landed gentry). Thats why your slave box costs so much..

    OK I've requested mac code from plusnet.

    When signing up to O2 via Quidco - do they ask for the mac address now or can I sign up - wait for the stuff to arrive then ring them with the mac

    You can supply the MAC subsequently, but since they can't start your migration without it, there's not a lot of point-you should get your MAC in no more than 5 working days.
