Bloomin delightful flowers

Options
I ordered flowers from http://www.bloomindelightful.co.uk/ and was senta confirmatory email saying delivery would be on the 8th April (yesterday).
They did not arrive.
I have just called the company to be told that basically, they don't care what was in their email, the small print says it could be today, yesterday, tomorrow, whenever!
i asked when they WOULD be delivered and was told "maybe today, maybe tomorrow".
I asked for a manager and was told "the managers do not deal with customers!!!!!
I then asked for a refund as they were outwith their own stated policy of 1-2 days but was told they don't give refunds.

I suggest everyone steers well clear of this shower.

If you have an occasion that you wish to mark, you want it marked on the right day, NOT at THEIR convenience.
Damn cheek.

bloomindelightful doesn't sound delightful. I always use Interflora but then I guess I've never heard of bloomindelightful and don't want to if that is their level of service.

And to make matters worse, they apparently use the Royal Mail with the result that they tried to deliver ONCE, this morning, and then left a card.
I am so upset, as my DD who has just landed her very first real job in her field having gained her PhD just 2 months ago then had to trog down to the nearest depot to collect HER OWN flowers!
    It just doesn't cut it.
Does anyone know if I can take them to some legal body as it says clearly on their web site FREE DELIVERY.
If you have to go and get them then it is hardly free delivery is it?
I cannot tell you how upset and bitterly disappointed I am.
Sending flowers is normally far outside my budget but I am so proud of my DD's achievement that I splashed out and for what.?
    This is beyond lousy service.

Well, if they don't charge for the service then bloomindelightful aren't wrong to say "Free delivery", but have a look at the site below and all the reviews. I reckon bloomindelightful should make things clearer...and better for the customer.

i dont get the poiunt about once? does the company say you get 2 attempts?
