There is one more thing that I noticed. Bigger packs used to be cheaper (per unit weight) than smaller packs but this is now changing for some products. They know some people would automatically grab a bigger pack without even checking the unit price. So, make sure you check the unit price first!
Elmlea Double Cream Substitute 284ml cost 73p while the 568ml version costs £1.60. Do they think we won't notice?(Well actually I think the general public probably don't which is why they can get away with it)

after complaints, but have now started it again. I thought I was given a child's pizza in there the other day. You have to use a BOGOF voucher to get as much as you used to get before, and they think they're doing you a favour. They won't be seeing us anymore.0

I was in Asda yesterday and noticed all Cadbury multipacks are now only 4 bars. They used to be 5 bars. You guessed it price is practically the same, £1.40, if not more. There was a 3 for £4 on recently, can't remember the per pack price.0

Morrisons value (yellow box) soap powder used to be £1.64 for 3 kg, then they put the price up to £1.90ish, then reduced price back to £1.64 while also reducing to 2 kg.

wonder if they have had people complaining about the size?
