    Yankee from B&Q
    98p
    8 hrs burn time
    12.25p per hour

    Yankee from http://www.yankeedoodle.co.uk
    84p(aprox) (if you choose smell of the month-70p x 14 = £9.80 basket, postage is £2)
    8 hrs burn time
    10.54p per hour

    http://www.4kandles.co.uk
20p (3 x 'Super Six' deal at 4.80, free shipping and using 10% off)
    4 hrs burn time
    5p per hour

Various people feeding back on the 4kandles sample promotion were very impressed and stated they found them better or stronger etc. So I'm off to order a stink free kitchen at 5p per hour from http://www.4kandles.co.uk ! At 20p a night for a garlic free home or £12.15 for 72 nights, I'll be VERY happy :D

I forgot, Shipping adds to £3.00 if you order a burner, I have lots of deep oil burners, so I'll use one of those :)

Reading up on this super six deal, it sounds as if you get 24 tarts for £4.50-six different fragrances, 4 tarts in each, is that right? I'm confuzled!:o

I took a while to figure it out too. Its roughly the equivalent to 6 yankee tarts they have what they name flexi 4, which is 6g x 4 = 24g you get 6 of these packs, a yankee tart is 22g those 4 small roses are the same as 1 yankee tart just made into 4 pieces, so you can burn less or mix them without having to cut them up like you would a yankee.
  • Burn time on a yankee is 8hrs, on a 6g tart is up to 4hrs :)
  • hi again also if any of you live near a boundary mill store they have a yankee candle discount section which is the same stock on the official website but reduced they have all the jars, tarts and samplers, and also holders and burners. I Had a blue mosaic burner for 9 pound instead of 15 and a little candle holder for 4 pound instead of 8. love Katie xx

I give these candles to my mum at most celebrations of something or another.

She loves them. Cause she is housebound especially, everyone that visits comments on them.

I also have a mate who works in B&Q. I have asked him to get me a few with his crew card which brings the price down by 20%. He text back saying they do not sell them and what am I on about! He said candles? this is B&Q not QVC!

So I tells him the info from this post and he said his does definately not sell them. He does work in the garden centre in a Glasgow store.

Maybe these are not in every branch? :(

I got 2 today in East Kilbride (near Glasgow), it was kind of beside the lighting section, on the way to the garden section. They had about 8 different fragrances. I am a big YK fan, and for the price they seems quite good. Thanks to the OP.
