Have you tried with just a file or two rather than all off them. Also is DVD Flick trying to burn the dvd straight to disk?

I don't really know why it would tell you the format was incompatible during the finalisation rather than before.

If it was me I'd try with one or two and see what happens also make sure that DVD flick isn't trying to burn to disk.

In DVD Flick go to "Project settings" then untick "Burn project to disk". I'd also tick "Create ISO image". This will be easier to burn to disk later.

Ok, i tried with dvd flick, everything was fine, until it was time to finalize. It done about 10% of it and then it said burn failed....this is what happens all the time :'(
Reason given : incompatible format - cannot write medium.

    Please help

That could be your discs not being compatible with your disc drive (theyre not 're writable' ones are they?)

As above, set to create files on the harddrive. DONT attempt to burn them just yet

    Ok,
    The dvd's arent re-writeable. Just normal DVD-R.

I have created the files and its in .vob and .ifo for each clipping :s

    What should i do now?

Well now we've established that the issue was due to it trying to burn to disk.

I'd start a new DVD Flick Project, load as many videos as you want in, making sure that there isn't more than will fit on a standard DVD. Have a play about with the menus and things and get them how you like them.

Then create your disk, as I said above it is probably easier to let DVD Flick create you an ISO image, rather than the individual files.

After this providing you have DVD rewriter and compatible DVDs. It is just a case of writing the ISO image to disk, if you don't have a sutible burning program installed then I'd reccommend Ashampoos Burning Studio. I actually use a free 2010 version, but not sure where I got it from, 6 is fine though.

Files are correct format for dvd
They MUST be in a VIDEO_TS folder for them to work on a dvd player

All that remains is to burn them
    Try IMGBURN
    http://www.imgburn.com/

    Goto WRITE FILES/FOLDERS TO DISC
    Search for that video_ts folder
    Burn it

VIDEO_TS should always be upper case, some players will accept lower case but not all.
An AUDIO_TS folder should also be created but left empty & burned to disc with VIDEO_TS, again some players don't mind a missing AUDIO_TS others do.
Always try to be at least half the person your dog thinks you are!
