This is a scam they cant get your money back. I used to work for them. Research Kerobo this will tell you everything you need to know. They have moved offices but they are still in the same town.
The same phone number is now for a company called Consortium Technology Limited (company no. 06860205) and is registered at 2nd Floor, Clipper House, Quay West, Quay Parade, Swansea, SA1 1SR. Their website says that they do PPI & loan reclaims - sounds strangely similar.0 -

I agree, we need to hear from people that have been stung by these people and what they did next! Is there any case to claim the money back from this company? Has anybody else tried getting their money back?0 -

The chances of getting any money back from the company are near nil. If they go into administration it usually means there is little in the way of assets to cover all the debts. In the pecking order of who gets paid first and when you guess how little money and assets was actually in the company, chances are there is nothing to pay you.
Its great as the directors can fleece people, then let the company fail and not have to pay anything back. Many then phoenix under a new name and do it all over again.
Luckily for many people, many posters here have been warning of the pitfalls of this business model and that its likely to fail and those that follow the board would know to avoid using claims companies.
We were telling people here years ago that companies like Cartel and the others were likely to fail as the model they use is highly flawed.I am an Independent Financial Adviser (IFA). Im another one who has been stung by delete claims management. It all seemed so good and straight forward. I have now paid them over £1000, now they wont even answer the phones or emails. My credit card is now into its 3rd month of arrears and they want their money or they are going to put a charging order on my house. Can they even do that? They said they either want a huge settlement or over £300 a month. Both of which are impossible!
I am on my way down to citizens advice bureau now to see what I can do.0 -

Thats just great! I didnt get to see anyone at cab today, they were too busy. I have been on the phone all day to solicitors and debt management companies. Does anyone have any experience with these? Or direct me to somewhere I can find out? I am tempted to go with a debt management company who will arrange to have the interest frozen and charge an affordable monthly fee and distribute it between all creditors until they are all paid off. Should take around 14 years but that is roughly a lifetime less than I would have been paying carrying on this way. This time though, I dont want to get stung again, are these companies legitimate?0

These companies will take more fro themselves than they pay to your creditors. I believe there are charitable organisations who will help you out. Possibly CCCS but others know better than me.0 -
