It would be great if you could let me know how you get on
I have been contacted by them this afternoon and it all sounds too good to be true
But I'm very scared to hand over my credit card details to someone over the phone, even though the website is fancy enough!!!0 -

Did you read all the advice on this thread? Don't do it, you will lose your money to them.
And handing over your credit card details would be even more foolish.
If you want to look at whether your agreements may be unenforceable (and understand the risk to your credit rating and ability to get new credit for the next few years) then you can do exactly what they can do less than a tenner.A smile enriches those who receive without making poorer those who giveor "It costs nowt to be nice"0 -

You may do better giving your card details to that nice Nigerian man who just want to get 10 million out of the country and will give you half.0 -

I have done the most stupid thing and gone along with Delete! It has been going on for months and my world has turned upside down. The only response from Delete is that they want it to get to the court stage! they reckon that the lenders do not stand a chance but I'm panicking as what if they win and we don't !!!!!!! I'm in enough debt already!!!! I need to resolve this issue as Delete have ruined my life!! So I ask, what can I do to rectify my stupid mistake? Do I cut my loses and have this added debt of Delete expences and gradually pay the debt off or what?
I need some major help as if they have robbed me of my moner I need to sort this mess out...........0 -
Just wanted to add that I did it beofre I read anything on this site!!!!?????????
What should I do now?0 -
they reckon that the lenders do not stand a chance
They are telling you lies. The OFT have just issued a warning about these claims companies and told people not to use them as they will not be successful. The OFT site is down at the moment so cant post a link to the actual article. However, here is the one from Which? http://www.which.co.uk/news/2010/10/oft-warns-consumers-on-debt-write-off-claims-233824/I am an Independent Financial Adviser (IFA). The comments I make are just my opinion and are for discussion purposes only. They are not financial advice and you should not treat them as such.
