    Hi Luc

It was only when I finally 'found' myself at work that I subsided in my activities on here and on fb etc...

I haven't got the time and while I love to keep up with people, like you I can keep up with what people are doing if they update the fb status. I will keep on farming but I do limit myself to an hour or so a day.

You have my email and stuff so you know where I am...so do keep in touch. x

    Hi Luc,

I don't know you as well as many of the other folk on here. I think I know what you mean - I really miss a day without going on daily chat and it is easy to keep hitting F5, F5 for ages. I also think the intensity of things, like friendships, comes and goes as your life changes. I've never got into facebook, too public for me I think.

I'll keep an eye on you here if that is OK. I've really enjoyed becoming part of the friendly DFW community.

  • I am with you there Luc (and Sammy *waves*), I am just not getting stuff done Chat or FB draw me in most evenings and I look at and its ten oclock and I have done sod all! (well grown coffee but that doesn't realy count)

I have also noticed a slight creeping up of the CC again - I do use it for shopping (tesco's points) but it is going to be a little bit high this month!!

So I too will be on my diary, with my many lists and try to farm once a day (!!!!)

Morning all. Had a busy weekend and was feeling great until Nathan decided to have intermittant screaming fits all night for no apparent reason. Have had a sum total of around 4 hours sleep and none of it strung together for more than an hour at a time. Needless to say I am feeling a bit jaded this morning:o

Need to go and get some breakfast then must get cracking. The boss is away this week so nothing too heavy but am not going to do my usual and leave it all to the end of the week;)

    Morning

Nothing much to report today. Basically went home, had dinner (thank goodness I'd made the curry the day before to let it mature) and went to bed about 5 minutes after Nathan. Slept solid right the way through until about 4.30 when the cat decided it was time to be up, then drifted off again until 6. Feel a bit drunk on sleep tbh. Never happy eh?

Today will be more report development and spreadsheet tweaking I expect.

    Catch you all later

P.S. Boss not away after all. He was flying through Schipol which was grounded and no substitute flights until too late for the conference he's going to

    Morning all.

Am on a fitness/health kick. After a short run yesterday I decided I am sick of the self sabotage and I am going to cut the carp, get training and feel fab for summer. To this end I turned down pie and beans for dinner and had prawn salad instead, I have bought a bos=x of cereal to have in work to avoid the pastry moments and I am determined to run 3 times in the week and once on the weekend. Shall draw up a training plan and get cracking with the weights too:D

On a DFW front, have been a bit frittery (buying lunches and pastries - tut!) and shall be cracking down on this also. Don't have the time or patience for daily clicks but I am intrigued by the scratch card idea - anyone want to point me in the right direction. And if I could get my head around matched betting....

Had a fabulous, chilled out weekend in the sun. Feel utterly recharged and raring to go:D Aiming for 4 NSDs this week (Friday is buy breakfast day - usually maple pecan danish and a latte). Get paid on Friday too:j
Can't believe that I've been working 5 weeks already. This will be my second pay but my first full one:D and I have a much anticipated shopping trip with bestest Glasgow friend on Saturday:j

Anyway, shall get on with some work. Hope someone pops in soon - Diaryland is awfully lonely:(:o
