Nothing much else happening here, still awaiting to be terminated, incorporated or whatever, wonder if we'll know, will we get zapped from on high???:rotfl::rotfl:

would like a cheque book, have to ask DD if she will write us one when we need it, which is very rarely I suppose.

Well done you Ted...thats gotta feel so much better now instead of looking at it till Tuesday! Enjoy your yummy Wacko - you've set me off on a right habbit there....have to stomp in and avoid looking to the left, trying not to have any naughty yummy treats in the house...ha ha except loads og easter eggs.
Am very proud of self today, dd has bad button munching habit when nervous I think in school, and only had 2 buttons left on school cardi - which are sooo expensive for the rubbish quality they are, went into a button shop and found some that will do...now just have to sew them on, but 30p instead of 12 quids...will be on old style board next!

Yes it does have a cheque book, thought that would be handy too although wasnt too sure if we were allowed one on a dmp but decided its not credit.

Hi andyD, thanks for clearing that up...know you don't want to apply for an overdraft, will be handy if they give you a cheque book though :D

I moved my DDs one by one and I haven't spoken to any creditors since January when the first 3 growled at me.. apart from Carp One, they've all written and not phoned..

Bitten the bullet and opened my post, nothing new, if you are having difficulties etc... chilled now... will treat myself to a Wacko thinks me CHOMP. :D

    Good to know Ted

Dare I ask what a Wacko is. I know we all need stress relief and all that but gor ALLSORTS going through my brain :rotfl:

That is very very good - proper service from the gold people! Now you've just got to keep it from the cheque eating dog!

Sadly PDD DH was terminated by letter, being zapped from above would have proved much more entertaining for his loving wife and children:rotfl:.... thought you'd be done before him!!!

Yes enjoy the sunshine... wonder if we'll see the volcanic ash clouds or if it will make a good sunset. DS noticed earlier there were no lines in the sky...very observant child, he got a proper answer when we heard the news later!

You should be ok and not miss any if you are doing it all yourself and speaking on the phone, we had two that doubled up on one month because the change over was too close to the date it was due. I'd try and change them as soon as they've come out of your account if you can and give them four full weeks!

I spoke to 2 clients to-day who didn't know and their meant to be adults in charge of things????

So now that OH is zapped, have they actually stopped interest or have they sold him to someone else????

    Hi HH
Sounds like you are doing really well and everthig is moving forward nicely!:)
You will get braver with the creditor calls, collywobbles doesn't go near to how terrified I was. So much better when you are able to give the cccs number! I think you have to know what you want to say and the info you are prepared to give them in the end I found dodging the calls more stressful than taking them! And by taking them the phone stopped ringing so often.

Thanks MamaJoJo. It's the tone I find hard to deal with, so rude and demanding. As you say may be easier once I'm set up and can ask them to deal with my appointed representatives.

Dreading phone calls. Looked into changing number but I need broadband for work and it will give a 2 week delay with that, grrrrrr.
