You've done the hard bit, realising that you have a problem, and it will get better, soon.
We've all been there and got the teeshirt, but we are trying to survive and mostly succeeding.
please keep posting on here, we share our problems, our successes, our a shop trolley moments and even have virtual drinks parties!!! It makes us laugh and if anyone is down we all try to be here, in a virtual sort of way.
So chin up, it will be OK eventually, don't worry about courts, there are loads of steps before it comes to that. God do I sound like your mother????More than Two Years in

Oo! Well i am in the process of switchin OH's bank account to A&L so we can start getting a DMP put in place when our tax credits our sorted (new bubs has mucked things up abit!)
Were in about £8k of card & OD debts owe £3.5k to family & £5k on OH's car. I cannot wait to get started and start seeing some progress!Had my amazing little girlie 08/12/2007 - 11 days late! 9lbs 3oz
