    MAY being the operative word.
I may win the lottery three weeks running. It's about as likely as you going to court.

Word on the street is that McDonald's specifically instruct their parking companies never to take anyone to court.

I have ignored any reminders from Athena but have now received a letter from 'Legal Recoveries & Collections Ltd' claiming they act for Athena ANPR Ltd and are instructed to get the money off me. They say if payment is not received by 11am on June 9th court proceedings may be issued without further reference to me.

Do I still ignore this? Is this the normal progress of communication in these stupid parking cases?

    Thanks

What happened with this did you get taken to court or was it all just a big threat but NO action?

We never heard any more from them, At a guess I think it certain they would have been back to say we were wrong so I take it we were right again.
I'd rather be an Optimist and be proved wrong than a Pessimist and be proved right.
