Thanks everyone. Another weird start to the day. Paypal has filed a defence and at best it laughable considering ebay has reinstated me as a seller. They are trying to claim now that my business is high risk with having the stock and invoices from various suppliers. (even the bank checked my suppliers before being allowed a business account). Well that arrived at 8am. 9am i got down the CAB for advice to sort it out. They have filled in all the paperwork on my behalf and appointed a local solicitor who has granted me legal aid so i can have a solicitor present at the claim.

It's just so frustrating the have lodged a defence as they havent a legal leg to stand on according to my solicitor. Thursday was the deadline (2 blooming days) before it would have been a default judgement.

Anyways its a lovely day so wil try and get out clear my head with my DD at the local park and resevoir reserve by me.

Smoking has to be started tomorrow, got so frustrated my mindset has gone so will try in the morning again but so far so good. been up 5 hours only 1 rollie

I agree about buying a house and making it gorgeous yourself. I was looking at old crumbly Spanish houses...they seem to have an odd obsession with a putrid green, though, it's horrible.

You been peeking at my bathroom? Oh, the joys of rented houses ...

I think I´m coming down with yet another cold, still better to get it out of the way before going away.

I lay claim to being the most boring person on here (or at least leading the most boring lifestyle). I live in a fantastic city and I never go out. My 80 year old mother has a better social life than I do. Now that´s sad.

Good luck with it all HHonly-enjoy the walk.

sounds interesting NLID...look forward to hearing what you've been up to!
  • Phones didn't come, weren't dispatched. Will arrive tomorrow, but have the first of many meetings then, so I don't know if I'll be able to pick them up then. Might not get them til Thursday :(

Got horrible stomach ache last night, it felt like I'd been stabbed. It was just below my ribs though, and above my tummy button....is that normal?! Head hurts a lot still too. Will try to take it easy today, so I'll be on here all day :)

Nikki, I've got my fingers crossed for you!

  • Hi Saucy, thats not good! are you feeling better now?

Mabel - I started writing a post, thought no I should, yes I should no I shouldnt etc etc etc

Lets just say i have spent a little bit of my free time this morning affiliate marketing, and after a hard months worth of work things are starting to fall into place on a number of projects and im feeling quite motivated - if not extremely bored from adding in banners so i can get the sites live.

Ahh, well done :) It's good to hear about hard work paying off!

I am feeling a bit better, thanks. Just got a sore tummy and a painful head but hopefully they will go soon.

Anyone know if I can take tramadol with a head injury?

Edit: Hmm, instructions say no. Is it really a head injury, though? I don't think so...I just banged it really hard, and it hurts. It's not really injured, I don't think...

  • I havent a clue about the tramadol with a head injury - however I do hope you get well soon!

Right, now i need to prioritise what I do with my afternoon. Do I:

    A. Work on a site which has been making me a £91per month loss to try and get it fuly finished
    B. Sit my !!!! on here all afternoon dribbling away
    C. Add all the finishing touches to the ebay site
    D. Continue the redevelopment of the main business site

To be totally honest - im half tempted to try and plug the flows in my revenue stream, I simply cant shut it down as without what the service provides my other projects simply couldnt survive. I know spending an afternoon of work to plug just £90 a month may seam counter productive, however everything within the business has to be profitable and working efficiently.

  • Thank you :)

I think your plan sounds good. And an extra £90 a month is a good achievement in a day!

It sounds like you'll be busy whatever you choose, though. I need to make a to do list!
