Yay on my income alone I can get up to 70k for a mortgage. Decided against seeing FA no2 as FA was lovely and is also independant so completely unbiased plus her fee's are cheaper!!
Repo no1 is ok. Needs new space heaters and a new bathroom (not even a patch up and live in it job) and 2 windows. The decor is horrible but its paper thats been painted over lol. Potentially a lovely house.
Still house house no 2 too see although there is quite a bit of interest in that one apparently.0 -
YAY!!!

Yay for liking number 1 nikki. Have you asked to see the home report?? That will have the survey in it. Hope number 2 is ok too. We redid our bathroom just before Christmas an it was only 2k and that included labour costs, if your OH or some friends are in the 'trade' you could do it for less.MF aim 10th December 2020 :j:eek:MFW 2012 no86 OP 0/20000
