That's pants, NLID. One downside of self employment is being able to control your own fortunes to an extent but not that of others that you depend on. Maybe a sign that this new venture is meant to be?

Saucy, you really don't wanna do what I do - wear and tear on the body is pretty harsh and I'm cream crackered by the weekend! Rewarding though, as we see children increase in confidence and their self esteem improving, and kids with issues like dyspraxia and stuff really improve in the right setting.

I've now done 400 envies. It's all really slow this time as I have to tippex out the old venue and write in the new venue on all the leaflets - booorrring! LOL.

Sent 2 packets of somewhat wilted raspberries today to mambury and skintbint. Gonna dig up another one for Laura tomorrow. Not sure if they will survive, ladies, but worth a try. They had perked up a little since yesterday but I dunno....

OMG - house no 2 was terrible.

The EA was so up herself and you could smell damp as soon as you walked in. When asked if there was a damp problem she said no. Went into the bedrooms and the paints flaking off the walls and the wallpapers bubbling. Then one peice actually slid off the wall . But remember, no damp problem :rotfl:and 50k is a bargain price? Hell no.

Going to give my FA full go ahead to go for the mortgage. Going to arrange another veiwing to my mummy and OH can see it. Best thing is, my neighbour is my uncle!!
